Title: Recard-A-Call in MiCollab

So we have the "Record-A-Call" feature setup and it works fine from the phone handsets. The same Record Call feature can't be programmed on the MiCollab keys in MiVB.
How can the user start recording using MiCollab (other than xfering to their desk phone as that starts a new recording)?
