Title: Phone Manager/HX Platform

Hi

We have a small system, with 5330 IP Phones sitting on an HX Controller, using Mitel Phone Manager v 4.2.9, on a dedicated PC, to manage calls. 

The question is, can this be upgraded so that the database will integrate with another database, like a Gmail account, or even Outlook if we have to?

Phone manager has some API integration... You will need to contact your vendor with your exact needs, there are some canned integrations that can be purchased and there are some custom integrations Xarios (the original company that made Phone Manager, now owned by Mitel) can do as well. Note that this is all licensed services and not included in the base package.
