Hi,
We have a client that use MiCollab and the users sometimes forget to remove the forward to their MiCollab app on their phone. The user is then away sick/leave/hit by a bus and the management need to remove this forward so the desk phone rings again.
Is there a portal the client could use to change these settings centrally for all staff rather than having to log into the persons PC and change it there? We don't want to give them access to all of MiCollab, just forwarding type settings.
Thanks,

The person who wants to be able to edit MiCollab statuses for all other staff members should be given a "console" licence, then they can do this in their MiCollab Client for everybody else.

Awesome, thanks.
I'll give that a go.
Edit: So I allocated the system 1 trial "MiVoice Business Console Active Operators" license. Is this the correct license?
How do I then assign that to the user?

You can also login as a user to https://{FQDN}/ucs/micollab/
This will allow them to change their status.
I think you want the MiCollab Client Console option, not a MiVoice Business Console.

Thanks heaps. This will be a perfect option for them as it's just casual use. I hope the client has their MiCollab credentials (they should as they have it on their PC's and the mobile app).

It's in the MiCollab Client Server --> Configure --> Features - create a "Console" profile and assign it the Console feature (after adding the licence).

There's no point having passwords in the first place if people are allowed to know what each others' passwords are.

True but they're only MiCollab passwords and only and manager would know them. It's an option I can give the client if they don't want to pay for the console license.

Oh, I assumed the MiCollab password was synced with AD.
