I added a new phone and have it initialized but when I test it but it goes to a recording I use for the main trunk. why do I not get the phones personal

After testing it and watching on the A&D I see it's in a loop. I can call ext. 1026 (6940) and wait for the VM, instead it seems to go to the Main CRA that comes in on the trunk and goes through it again. It's like it has a recall or overflow and the CRA is the destination. Can't find the cause.

Is there a Forward Path assigned, and is System Forwarding enabled?

For some reason the "User" got removed. It works now
