Hello. I have created a ring group with the ring group mode as Terminal Ring with the other settings left as defaults. This ring group has 4 members who are hot desk users that log into an extension. I tried calling the ring group pilot number where only one member was logged in but I am getting a NO DISTB message. However, if I call this user directly using their hot desk ID, it works.
I also noticed under Ring Group Members in the Ring Groups form that the available user's presence changed to Absent.
What could be the reason why the pilot ring group number is not ringing the phone?

If member's presence is absent they won't get calls.

I tried changing the presence to 'Present' in the Ring Group form, but after dialing the ring group, the user's presence went back to absent. Is there a way to prevent this?

Are they an ACD agent?
ACD agents can't be in ring groups

Yes, they are ACD agents. I found a workaround by adding the ACD agents to a new skill group and added the group to a new ACD path. The ACD agents extensions now ring when I call the ACD path number.
