Title: MiVoice office 400: Outgoing caller ID Issue

When made a call from MiVoice office 400 to PSTN, the caller ID in the FROM header INVITE is always the "Username" provisioned in the SIP account. I have provided the DID for each user. My expectation is to use the user specific DID that was provisioned instead of using the "Username" as caller ID.  Any help on this is appreciated.

Under the account settings in your SIP trunk, what is your setting for the From field: type?

I got the issue resolved. After changing the SIP accounts > presentation > From field: Type to "system CLIP".  I see the proper DID configured for the user is sent out to SIP Trunk.
