Guys,

I recorded the primary greeting into the administrator mailbox.
Forexample"welcom to peterpan shop. if you know the extenshon you wish to dial you can enterend it now. Press 1 for Dutch Press 2 for English Press 3 for Spanish"

The idea is when someone dial 005997778585 they can hear the greeting.
My question is, how can i link the greeting i recorded into de administrator mailbox (9999) with an voicemailbox ?

Or if there is another way advise pls !

the Administrator mailbox is a voicemail box, what are you trying to achieve?
