Title: MCD 3300 & Mitel 6940
Post by: jmlerner on June 17, 2019, 05:13:10 PM
I recently purchased some Mitel 6940's to replace our aging 5360's.  I have an MCD 3300 on the current Release level: 8.0 SP1, (Active software load: 14.0.1.29)  The issue is on the 6940 only half of the keys are showing.  I hope it's something simple I'm overlooking.  I've already set the keyset to the 6940.  See attached screenshot of what I see on my end.
Any help is appreciated.

That's funky. If you make a brand new extension and assign it a 6940 do you see the same thing?

I would go to the highest firmware possible and see if it still happens

I’m going to try a new device first and then try the firmware upgrade as suggested.
If you guys think of anything else let me know!

I figured it out!  Any keys labeled as "Float" need to be turned off.
Crazy, I was playing around tonight and I don't know how I missed that earlier today when I was racking my brain.  If anybody else runs into this, that's the fix!
