Title: ACD Login Agent name not syncing with Prarie Fyre report

Im not too familiar with prariefyre but I have an ACD agent whose name has been changed in mitel, and manually changed on prariefyre but on the ccmweb report its still showing the old agent name.

Mitel 3300
PrarieFyre - 7.1.3.0 (7.1.07135.1)

Check name of associated employee

The name is correct and the other thing is why do I have to manually change it on prariefyre, doesnt it sync automatically? How can I force it to sync? Thanks!

Hi,

the sync runs over every midnight, but yo can manually trigger it over the Your Site Explorer. (Enterprise->Telephone system->Operations->Run)
