Title: Disable "0" on Auto Attendant.
Post by: wesneve on May 23, 2019, 09:28:12 AM
Can dialing 0 for incoming calls on the Auto Attendant be disabled? Currently, the message says nothing about dialing 0, but people hit it anyway and it is forwarded to an extension. The customer doesn't want it forwarded to an extension or a mailbox. Just disabled.

That would depend on the phone and voicemail system in question... If you mean the embedded voicemail of an SX-200 ICP (which is the most common platform discussed in this group) then no, it cannot be disabled and should have a valid destination, however, what is considered "valid" is open for debate, like sending it to an analog extension that doesn't really exist (just a phantom).
