Title: MiCC - Workflow - Transfer to <<LastCollectedDigit>>

MiCC Guys,

Alright, I have an entry in a menu to do a Blind Transfer to the variable <<LastCollectedDigits>>, but whenever I dial a valid extension is just hangs up on me.

If I do a Blind Transfer to an Extension it seems to work just fine.

What am I missing here?

How are you collecting the digits, via a collect digits action?

If not and you are just using a menu with a wildcard then you need LastMenuCollectDigits.

Magpye,

I was just coming back to update this after getting off the phone with Mitel and that is what we determine.

The Menu needed to be set to <<LastMenuCollectedDigits>> instead of <<LastCollectedDigits>>.
