We are running MiCollab client version 7.3.0.402. Everyone in our group has chat enabled. We noticed that after hours when everyone is gone for the day some users chat icon is Green (online) and some are Orange (away). Why would a user's icon be Green if they are gone for the day and their PC is locked? Everyone in the group has the MiCollab client on their cell phone. Most of us also have schedules setup for in the office 8:00 a.m. and Gone for the day 5:00 p.m. Would client on the cell phone cause this or schedules?

Based on my experience, the micollab client on the cell phone will cause this especially when the user sets his mobile client to turn on when he/she locked the PC.

Going to be a status setup setting. They may be gone for the day etc, that has chat disabled

Did some testing and if when you disable the chat on Gone for the Day than the chat icon is removed. Still does not answer why chat icon would stay green when Gone for the Day?

Individual user could have it avaialble in that status
