Title: Unable to create mailboxes [SOLVED]

I am trying to create an associated mailbox for 2 extensions (102 and 104) that currently do not have one but when I go to create them in the mailboxes folder in voice processor, the phones don't show up in the list. I can't seem to see why they won't show up. I know I am missing something small and stupid but I can't seem to see it. Any pointers would be helpful.
The ext types are 52xx/53xx. I can't see any difference between how they are set up vs the extensions that do have mailboxes.

Solved it. It was listed under Extension IDs so I deleted it there and created the mailbox no problem.
