Hi,
I have come across this before but cannot remember the fix so hopefully someone can help.
I have an MiCC Call back port that is inserting digits in the number before the caller is called back. For example, if i enter 02034004509, the callback will tell me the number is correct and I can submit the request but when the number is called by the outbound port it is dialling 9002002034004509.
The Location is setup for the Media Server.
Any ideas please?
Thanks

Version information would help, and I believe there has been patches in later versions to address this issue.
Thanks!

i am working on callbacks too recently
i have an issue on caller id presentation to the agent and then to the customer
but just to comment on your issue, if it is still an issue for you, it seems like its either ars or digit modification related?

MiCC actually has its own set of settings for inserting digits, area codes, etc, which I only found out when users couldn't re-dial [or return a call, can't remember] in Ignite. Maybe this affects callbacks too?
