Title: Hostdesk and ACD at Same Time

I have a phone which is setup to allow ACD Agents to login ….   I'd also like to have this phone setup as a Hotdesk at the same time but don't know how.  Is this something that's possible ?

The preferred way to do ACD nowadays is creating hotdesk users with the ACD box ticked. So yes, this is absolutely possible.
