Title: MiCollab Conferencing Dial Out
Post by: ricvil on April 23, 2019, 10:22:05 PM
Hi,

We have the MiCollab AWV setup for web and audio conferencing.  When a participant clicks on the conference link sent via email, the AWV server web portal greets them with the Audio (dial in) instructions as well as a box labeled "to have the system call you" and a space to put your phone number.  My question is, how do you remove that option?  We don't want that to be available to remote users which would cause our MCD 3300 to make long distance calls.  We can of course restrict this with COR but then the users would get annoyed at entering a number and getting failures.  We simply want the option to dial out removed.  Does anybody know how?

Thanks.

I wonder if I canjust edit that html code out of the page.  I will start poking around the server and see if I can find it myself.
