Customer is having to reset the MBG nupoint server to push vm to email notifications. Everything will work fine for a few days, then the server has to be reset again. My supervisor mentioned something about the problem being with password changes made in Office 365 and there is a command line to locate the offending mailboxes in Nupoint, but we do not have the CMD line sequence. Is there any other reason we could be experiencing this issue?

i would be looking in the logs specifically qmail/current
this will show why the emails are being refused etc.
you could tail the log as well if it helps
This will allow you to watch the log in realtime while you record voicemails
