Title: Speed Dial Display Name on Incoming Call

I have setup Speed Dials on my 5320 handset connected to a Mitel 5000, these dial fine, but ideally I would like the name to be shown on the handset rather than the number, is this possible?

The Speed Dial is programmed with a 9 prefix, I have tried adding it as well without the 9 prefix and still not display the name

Mike,

When you dialed the FAC (Default:383) followed by a Bin number (0-9) then the first thing it asks for is a description, and that is what shows up on the key.
