I have issue where I can't get one of my DIDs to hit an analog station.
I have the SIP setup as a network interface that points to a single trunk group. All calls currently hit the front desk.
I have the 10-digit DDI number created with a Call number of 889 and which points to the User on the analog Station.
If you call 889 it hits the analog phone. If you dial in with the 10 digit number it still hits the front desk where all other calls are pointed.
I feel like it is not looking at the DID to route the call. Any suggestions.

First check the format of your incoming calls.
If you go to Configuration/Summary the is a "Check format of incoming calls" button.
Make a call in to test and then click this button to check what is coming into the system.

Like sarond has suggested, check what you receive and if it matches the DDI number after any DDI cut, etc...
Unless it finds a match, it will just follow the trunk group's CDE.
For us, we fare better by setting the DDI lookup from right to left with our SIP trunks. Maybe you could play with that.

"Check format of incoming calls" button worked great.
