Title: Mitel Connect Client High Bad Call Rate

Hello Fellow Mitel Users,

We are encountering high bad call rate (delays) for users using only the Mitel Connect Client.

For users using a combination of Connect Client + Mitel IP420G hardphone the call quality is perfect.

My question is, are high bad calls something to be expected when using a softphone installed on a PC?

Reason being, the softphone is on a hosts that has high incoming and outgoing data traffic, hence the bad calls.

Whereas a hardphone does not need a host, hence the better call quality.
