Title: Trying to rename an ACD Path

I have a path that we need to rename.  Is there a way to do this?  Mitel 3300 13.2.0.17

Look for it in the Telephone Directory

Changing the name in Telephone Directory only changed it in the ACD Agent Skill Groups. It did not change the ACD path name.

Are you sure you're changing the correct entry.

Search on the directory number of the path in the Telephone Directory.

Do you use MiContact Centre? You can do most changes with in YSE (Your Site Explorer)
