Title: No Hardware Identifier in License & Option

Guys,

In my previous topic i mentioned that when i want to retrieve license & options i received an error message "Hardware Identifier not correctly installed". I installed a second processor (E2T), Echo Cancellation & 4 Dual T1/E1 Card.

I installed the system ip configuration and all options. I have no error on the system.
The only thing is that i am getting the error mentioned above.
Remarkable is that in the menu of License & Options i cant see the Hardware Identifier number just above the password.

Can someone help me out why i cant see the Hardware Identifier number or why i am getting the"Hardware Identifier not correctly installed, License and Options can not be programmed "

Try licensing through the Software Installer Tool.
