What would cause the Day/Night button to show "not allowed". Works fine on another 5340.
Maintenance log shows FEATURE_ACTIVE: nilfeature, SS4_LINE_BUTTON: 0 Could not perform night answer -- night bell not programmed

Looks like its a Night Answer button not a Night Service Indication

This was the issue. Not sure how it got changed. Was not in audit trail log. Looks like its a Night Answer button not a Night Service Indication
