I am setting up a mivoice 400 for the first time. I need some help with what seemed like a simple request but I am failing at it. I need to set up a user group that rings 6 phones 6 times and then overflows to a general delivery mailbox. I have the user group created and the Gen Delv MB but I can't seem to get a call to ring through the UG to the GD MB. Can anyone help me out with this?

You would use CDE's for this.
Create a CDE that rings the UG and then forwards on no answer to another CDE that has the mailbox as the destination.
It takes a little bit of getting used the way the 400 works with it's routing.

is there a way to CFNA the user group or CDE to a specific users's voicemail box?

I think you would have to use an AA that transfers the call to a user mailbox, then set this as the CDE destination.
