Title: 6920 PFKs all lit up red

I have a Mitel 6920 that has all of its programmable keys lit up red. Some of these are not even programmed. What could cause this issue?

What system? On a MiVoice Office 250 this is normal when the phones are unplugged...

It is a 3300 MXe-III on 8.0 SP3 PR1.

Checking the maintenance logs shows "Please check COS configuration to make sure 'HCI' options are set for DN = '2042'" Under the COS for the phone both HCI options were set to "No". I updated both to say "yes" and rebooted the phone and it did not fix it. I then cleared all the PFKs on the phone and readded them and rebooted the phone which did not fix it. I then deleted the station and re added, and rebooted it and still nothing.
