HI wants to Configure call History in Mivoice Bussiness Console kindly send me the procedure and database software where i can download

Hi Mishba,

please open the Help in the MiVB Console Software (Administrator Help Topics)
There is at the content "Configuration and Administration" a topic Call History where the setup is described include the necessary download links

You have to download POSTGRE and install DB. (configuration in the Mivb console help)
