Hi,
I’m trying figure out how our ACD path flows in, the system was configured by someone else I’m trying reserve engineer it.
I know how the number comes and how’s it terminates to the groups, it the bit in the middle which I’m having difficulties with.
We got no ACD paths setup on our system, Im confused how it was setup. Below is what I found so far:-

Any ideas where to look?
