I have a customer I am installing phone manager for...they have 13 client PC’s. When I open settings I see nothing in available host, however I can ping PC to server and server to PC. I can also see the Mivoice office App Suite server on the network as share device....I can log on see files on the C drive of server. The network is just a simple /24 with a Ubiquity router/firewall. I just can’t figure why client will not find host and connect to server. I loaded the client software on the server and it of course connects and links to IP set..works fine. Any help greatly appreciated

Are you using a windows server software or windows 9 or 10? Check status of firewall on server. If it’s on for Private side make sure you have rules to all phone manager clients access to server. You may have to allow by IP address ....I have seen the windows firewall block apps even when you have “allow”. Turn firewall off completely to test
