Title: Voicemail Option to call cell phone
Post by: evan631 on November 15, 2010, 10:16:14 AM
Some of our voicemail boxes give the caller an option to press C to call a cell phone.

How can i turn this option off on all voicemail boxes?

Thanks

It's been a while since I've screwed with this but what I think I remember is that the user has to log into his vm box and turn off the option (I think by deleting the number).
There's no way to do it at the programming interface.

Can you not disable it in the COS so that the vm ports cant make external calls?
