Title: SX-200 ICP Caller ID problem
Post by: cahrens on February 18, 2019, 05:29:12 PM
MX Controller with software ver 5.x Calls coming in on trunk ports on the MX Controller show caller ID Name and if I disable COS option 503 the number will show in the display. Not both at the same time. Superset 420, 430 and 5312, 5340 IP phones.
Can I get both name and number to show on the display? Customer insists they could see both up until recently.

As far as I know with the 200ICP it always displayed either or. There is an option that should display in the phone that acts as a toggle between the name and number.

After some additional questions I found that they are getting the caller ID but not getting the softkey to switch between the name and number. I only found the COS option 504 (Optional Class display Superset 420) Is there another COS option that would affect IP phones or a Superset 430 phone?
