Title: Mitel 3300 dialing into voicemail externally or internally

Hey folks,

I have one user who when they dial our VM hunt group and press star to get our AA, when they enter their VM box number it doesn't react like the others.  Normally it asks for the password.  I thought maybe it was a class of service option but I cannot find anything.  Any ideas what would restrict a user from getting the prompt for VM box password?

Is this embedded voicemail or nupoint?

Nupoint has a COS option to allow internal users to not have to enter a password. This might be the case here. Compare this users FCOS to the others that have to enter a password. I myself force it always.

You say they get no prompt for their PIN, but you don't say what is happening exactly - are they getting into their mailbox.
