Title: Conference with intercom call (inside office)

How does one do a conference call inside the office on a mitel 5000/mivoice 250

I typically call the other extensions with the IC key...can I add other members inside the office to the IC call?

It is called an ad-hoc conference and yes you can add 3 other people as a minimum, but if the system is set for advanced you can have 7 other people. You can also setup a Meet-Me Conference session with up to 20 people if that is setup on your system.

By default 5 is the conference FAC. So while on a call use 5 dial the next extension, repeat as needed, and then dial 55 to add them together.

If the Intercom key being busy is causing your confusion, don't worry about it. Just go ahead and dial the extension numbers.
