Title: Presence Icons Missing in MiCollab Client

For some odd reason, the last 2 new users I added to my Mitel 3300 system won't show the icons for chat/call in the directory.  Anything I am missing that I should look at?

Did you assign them the correct Feature Profile for MiCollab Client? They would need one with the Presence feature...

Check the user in MiCollab has the correct UCC option assigned.
