Title: Caller ID on 6920 AND 6930 SIP Phones

I recently switched a customer from digital phones to 6920 AND 6930 SIP phones with MOAS.
The customer now says that when incoming calls are transferred from reception, the caller id of the caller is not showing on her phone. Instead it says transferred from reception.

Can anyonen tell me if there is a setting on the 250 or the MOAS in order to get the transferred caller
s caller ID to show on the phone?
