Title: Dial By Name, remove from directory

Hi All -

A user wants to be removed from the dial by name directory.  I have been searching around for how to do this and everything references Nupoint, which we don't use.  I put a ~ in all directories that I could find the user in for the 3300 but dialing her last name still works.  What am I missing?

What do you mean exactly by, "dialling her last name"?
Is this an auto-attendant option?

What does the name look like in vm mailboxes for their mailbox?

Lastname,FirstName.  If it try and make it ~Lastname,FristName it tells me it's invalid and I cannot save it.

Isn't that controller by FCOS? I think if you remove FCOS 092 in NuPoint for the user, they are remove from the dial by name. It's been a while though, and my memory is not what it used to be...
