Title: After Micollab upgrade unable to login visual voicemail on 69xx phones

We upgraded to from standalone NuPoint to Micollab.  The voicemail app was working on the 69xx's but now it gets an login failed error.  I'm stumped where the auth is failing.  I didn't see anything the logs.

Any insight would be awesome!
