I have a Mitel 3330 and Mitel 5330E phones I am looking for information on how to set up twining.

It is External Hot Desking in the embedded help... In some cases, it requires a special license.

This was setup up at one time on my control and every time my desk phone would ring my cell phone would ring as well. I can't remember how this was setup. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You have two phones under your name, the second one has External Hot Desk ticked.
In the MDUG form, you have both phones.
You can give yourself a Personal Presence key on the handset to toggle your Mobile present/absent.
