I have a PRI QSIG link from a Mitel 3300 Release 6.0 SP3 to an Avaya Red. Currently calls from an Avaya phone to a Mitel phone work fine but calls from Mitel to Avaya fail.
Last night a tech made a test call and he got a busy and all the channels were Idle. When I do a CCS Trace while making test calls I can see the Mitel trying to make the call but the Avaya does not see the call.

Is this on an embedded PRI card? Use "EDT TRACE TSP L2L3 <PLID>" to watch the Q.931 messages and responses occur.
