Does anyone know if Attendant Console 3.5 will run on W10? Installed okay, but can't get it to see the key. Old key...updated the driver via the SafeNet website. Reinstalled the program...nothing, but help just talks about W7 and W8

I don’t think it is supported on 10, but I think you can make it work with Mitel’s help. There was a special program/tool that a service tech was talking about a few years ago for a customer that upgraded their PC from 7 to 10, but I don’t know what the symptoms were.
If Mitel won’t help someone on the forums may have run into it and has the program/tool, but It may not solve your problem.

Just call into Mitel and talk to one of their people. They have the tool that needs to be run; it is not on the website as there are other steps in the process they will walk you through or do if you have teamviewer setup.

I also figured out that if you download the latest version of Sentinel Hasp, this takes care of the issue also.
