Hello I have a Mitel 5624 that has got stuck on Headset mode. It does not have a headset connected.
So when we answer a call they cannot hear us as the handset believes their is a headset in place to take the call.
Any way to get this changed?

Give the set a headset button and toggle it off.

I know that this post is old, but I am just now deploying 5624's in our facility. I have this same problem, however, when I try to create that button, it says "this line type is not supported for this set".
Any ideas?
