Title: Call Park timer on Mitel 250 6.3 with 6930’s?
Post by: Skytech on January 10, 2019, 08:50:18 PM
New here.....I have call park set up on MiVoice Office App Suite 5.1 / Mitel 250 6.3 however when we park a call it times out in 20 sec. I was told that since sets are SIP it’s the transfer available timer but that didnt fix it.  I ah e changed all the timers that are 20 sec but still no luck....wondering if it’s a bug...any help appreciated.

Skytech,

What are you parking the call to; Phantom, Phone, or Hunt Group?

What happens at the 20 second mark?

Thanks,

TE

I am parking to phantom extensions and they are answered by voice processor after 20 seconds.  Even if I call them straight it does same thing

Skytech,

Is there System Forwarding on the Phantom extension to go to Voice Processor? If so the System Forward Initiate Timer is what needs to be changed, but why would you have System Forwarding on a Phantom Extension?

If that is not the case then how are calls being parked on the Phantom extension?

Thanks,

TE

Delete all your phantom parks on Mitel 250 and on Mivoice Office Application Suite.  Then program again.  I had same issue because I built the Phantom parks before the MiVoice Office was connected.....dont know why but that fixed it.

Its a bug on their "to be fixed" list.
Right now it uses the Transfer - Voice Processor timer the first time you park a call.  If it recalls and you park it again then it uses the Transfer - Available timer   :P
