Title: Converting to Proxy after direct connection

Anyone have any idea on how to convert a MSL server back to be able to choose proxy after you have already chosen direct amc connection?

Mitel hasn't been able to let me know how, should be an easy thing but have been online for a half hour without an answer

Yes. Unregister it. Your footprint on the AMC will need clearing before reregistration.
