Title: Changing hunt group associated with CRA

I have a daily ring schedule defined by STAR in our system.  It rings one group from 8-10 in the morning, the receptionist from 10-3:30, and then another group from 3:30-5.  I am trying to figure out how to change the hunt group that it rings in the afternoon to a different hunt group.  I cannot find it anywhere in the Voice Processor > Devices > Applications...Can anyone give me some direction?

There is a CRA app in the STAR that drops to the Hunt Group. Need to look at the STAR and the time you are trying to change the hunt group to see what CRA is programmed there. That CRA will have a timeout destination programmed to go to a hunt group. This is where you will want to change the Hunt Group.

Great - that's very helpful (I found it!)

Another question:  If I want it to ring the hunt group first before the automated recording, how do I do that?
