Hello,
When our admin tries to transfer a call to a certain extension, if the user doesn't answer the call rings back to the admin instead of going to the users voicemail. What needs to be programmed so the transferred call goes to voicemail? Thank you.

You need to setup System Forwarding and not have the person perform a Transfer to Hold, but a Transfer to Ring.

System Forward may be disabled. At phone enter feature 352 to enable

A transfer to hold will recall back to the originating extensions recall destination.
