Title: Mitel No Call History shows up

Hi,
I am having an issue with Mitel 6940 phone. There is no call history in the phone. It always shows empty call history. How to fix this problem.

restart your server, if it doesn't not work you must do a backup / restore of your database.

I would check the CoS has call history enabled before resorting to anything as drastic as a restore.

also check the phone for the amount of history records

Weird thing we found with the 6940 when the call history didn’t show up, we checked the normal COS and Call History records were all ok. But if you pair you mobile to the phone over Bluetooth the call history started appearing, you can forget the pairing and the call history continued to work.
