Title: 8622 IP Phone Showing Messages, Mailbox Has No Messages

I have an IP Phone (Mitel 8622) that show "1 New Message" on its display, however, the mailbox for the user and extension of that phone is empty.

Any ideas on how to resolve this or find out which extension that mailbox belongs to?

Simply press <MSG> * to clear the lamp.
