Title: Mivoice for skype for business show caller name

Hello,

We started using the Mivoice for skype for business plugin some days ago. Is there a way to show the caller name on incoming calls? When an internal user makes a call, we see the name, but no names are shown for external users.

The users are known in skype for business and also in the central address book on our PBX (Aastra 400 series), but the incoming call popup only shows the number.

Not sure the final answer but to point you in the right direction the Skype plugin uses the Skype Directory for display. It does not use AD directly or the PBX/
If you are using Office 365, this has to be configured correctly. Also this may mean that Skype is not sync'd with your AD.
