Title: Bulk Delete Hotdesk Users

I have approximately 400 hotdesk users that I need to delete on a Rel8 MiVB system. Is there something I have missed or is this going to require manual deletion of each individual user?

Are you using MiCollab? You might be able to do bulk edit and delete them there.  Still going to take some effort. I don't know how many you have versus the delete number, and having a sort methond may help.

I am not using MiCollab currently. I would say that the percentage to be deleted is around 90%.

Sounds like some manual action. If it were me, I'd export the User and Services Configuration form, delete the remainders, add a column to concatenate with either first or last name, put in something like the latter a. Concatenate, and delete column. Import, this may take time if talking to additional system. You can then sort by name and anything beginning with this assigned value can be deleted one by one.
