Title: RAD Greeting is well over 2min long!

How do i make the RAD play in it's entirety before going off to it's Interflow destination. When the message is played back after recording it, the message plays in full.  When it is dialled in to, the timer cuts out around the 42seconds mark and transfers the call.  I have the Interflow timer set at 3min (now, was at 2:43). I assume that it is on the correct directory path - same path as the Privacy message.

adjust the timer settings on COS that are assigned for the RAD.
