Hopefully someone knows this.
We have NuPoint system, IP integration, that we also need to connect a non-mitel system to.
It works but not if you have two languages installed. (Note: The Mitel IP integration works fine)
In system A - One Language, using DTMF to identify the destination mailbox, the forwarded call drops directly into the mailbox.
In system B - Two Languages, Using DTMF to identify the destination mailbox, we get "Invalid Mailbox".
I suspect that there is a timer we are missing that tells the system with two languages to wait to see if it's going to received digits for a destination mailbox before prompting for language selection.
What's that timer and where do I find it?

Not sure exactly how this works via dtmf in either case, perhaps some further detail might help, like the dtmf string that get them to a mailbox and how Nupoint understands it.
